    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Technical Documentation For The Implementation Of The Task In The Field Of Adapting The Public Building Of The Kindergarten No. 23 At Ul. 1 Maja 3A In Jastrzębie-Zdrój, To The Needs Of The Disabled By Building A Ramp For Disabled People. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Making Technical Documentation Of The Ramp Construction Into The Main Building And Possibly, Depending On The Needs, Reconstruction Of The Main Entrance To The Building, And In The Absence Of Technical Possibilities Of Construction Of The Ramp To The Main Entrance (After Presenting The Technical Opinion, Which Will Result In The Reason For The Lack Of Technical Possibilities) To Another Available Entrance To The Building, 2) Obtaining The Basic Maps Of The Subject Area, 3) Technical (Stwiorb) Of All Types Of Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And In Particular The Public Procurement Law, 4) The Implementation Of Investor Cost Estimates And Bill Of Quantities (Along With Detailed Measurement Calculations) Based On Knrs Or Own Calculations-Separate For Each Industry, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On Determining Methods And Basics Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating The Announcement Of The Public Procurement Of The Public Procurement Public Procurement - The Contract Is Awarded In Basic Mode Pursuant To: Art. 275 Item 1 Of The Act - Services Of Planned Costs Of Design Work And Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Vol. Journal Of Laws 201, Item 2458), 5) Execution Of A Collective List Of Costs, 6) Transfer Of Electronic Version Of The Drawing And Descriptive Part, 7). Agreeing Technical Documentation With The Kindergarten Director, 8) Authorizing The Project Supervision Over The Project (Cost Of Supervision Included In The Price (Cost Of Supervision Included In The Price Project) By Designers, Including Industry.
