The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Former Storage Rooms In The Former Boiler Room Together With The Access And Development Of The Area Adjacent To The Needs Of Securing Warehouses And Retrofitting Warehouse Bases To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations Based On And In Accordance With Project Documentation And Permission To Carry Out Works B.6740.1495 08.11.2023 And Notification Of Works B.6743.449.2022.Ad Of 16.02.2023 2. The Subject Of This Contract Will Be Co-Financed From A Targeted Subsidy Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.3. The Scope Of Work For The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparatory And Order Works; 2) Execution Of Demolition Works, Dismantling, Demolition; 3) Walled Up; 4) Construction Works - Strengthening The Existing Reinforced Concrete Ceiling Plate, Strengthening The Existing Draft, Liquidation Of The Holes In The Ceiling Plate, Steel Lintel, Change Of The Height Of The Linop External Walls; 5) Exercise Of Waterproofing And Anti-Inflict Insulation; 6) Performing The Installation Of Window And Door Joinery; 7) Implementation Of Installation Works (Water-Sewage, Electrics, Ventilation, Monitoring); 8) Performing Thermal Insulation Of Partitions; 9) Finishing Works-Plasters, Floors, Walls, Window Sills; 10) Creation Of The Ceiling With The Processing Sheet Metal And Germination; 11) Land Use, Including Surface Above The Boiler Room, Fence, Paved Surfaces, Land Drainage, Green Area; 12) Equipment With Storage Shelves4.
