A Detailed Description And Norms Of The Subject Of The Order In Point V.2.1) Swz. 4. When Determining The Requirements In The Scope Of Standards, The Contracting Authority Indicates This As A Requirement To Meet These Standards Or Equivalent-Within Each Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Or Assortments In Which Such Standards Were Specified. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Articles To The Headquarters Of The Employer At His Own Expense. 7. Articles Will Be Delivered To The Seat Of The Ordering Party In The Place He Indicated - To The Warehouse Located At The Municipal Waste Treatment Department In Siedliski Near Ełk (Siedliska 77, 19-300 Ełk), Transport Of The Contractor And At Its Expense, Using His Staff. As Part Of The Delivery, It Is Also Understood As The Actions Of Discharging The Provided Assortment By The Contractor In The Indicated Place. 8. The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, From 7.00 To 14.00. 9. Each Assortment Party Provided Must Comply With The Unit Order Placed By The Ordering Party. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Factory New Articles, The First Species That Have Received Relevant Certificates And Declarations Allowing For Use. 11. The Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Polish And European Standards, Must Be Marked With The Ce Sign And Have A Declaration Of Compliance - In Accordance With The Act Of February 1, 2023 On The Compliance Assessment System (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 215) And Ordinances Issued Under This Act. 12. The Employer Allows The Use Of Materials Other Than Used In The Description, Equivalent, With Appropriate Technical And Quality Parameters. Technical And Quality Parameters For The Materials Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Minimal Or Maximum Values. 13.
