    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Increasing The Level Of Cyber Security In The Rajgród Commune, European Funds Implemented As Part Of The Grant For Digital Development (Ferc), Ii Advanced Digital Services, 2.2 Strengthening Of The National Cyber Security System, Ferc 02.02-Cs 01-001/23 .2. As Part Of The Task, Among Others The Following Actions: 1) Conducting Audits (Preliminary And Post -Quickly), 2) Delivery And Configuration Of Equipment, 3) Delivery And Configuration Of Advanced Security Systems, 4) Conducting Training In Cyber Security For All Employees, 5) Review And Update And Adaptation To The Implemented Solutions Of Information Management System Documents. 3. The Software Licenses Provided As Part Of The Order Must Meet The Following Requirements: A) Licenses May Be Paid Or Free Licenses. B) The Licenses May Be Indefinite (Lifetime) Or Timely, While In The Case Of Term Licenses Their Validity Period May Not Be Shorter Than Until The Date Of Completion Of The Order And Not Longer Than Until 02.05.2026 The Software In Accordance With Its Intended Use To The Extent Specified In Swz, In Particular For The Purposes Of Increasing The Cyber Security Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor, When Submitting The Offer In This Procedure, Declares That The Offered Equipment, Software And Services Meet The Minimum Parameters Specified In Annex 9 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. And The Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Swz.
