    Mailing Equipment - Completion Of A Framework Agreement On The Delivery Of Cardboard Boxes For The Nrw Police. With Regard To The Framework Agreement, No Minimum Acceptance Quantities Are Agreed. According To The Case Law Of The Ecj Of June 17, 2021_Rs C - 23/20 - The Client Is Obliged To Ensure A Maximum Amount To Secure Transparency And Freedom Of Discrimination In The Competition. A Call Obligation Cannot Be Derived From This. The Client Estimates That There Is A Need Of Approx. 215,500 Cardboard Boxes Over The Entire Contract Period. The Maximum Amount Of The Adjacent Framework Agreement Is Estimated With 290,000 Cardboard Boxes.
