The Consultation Is Not Allotted Because Does Not Allow The Identification Of Separate Services. The Services Are Paid By Flat Prices. Themployer Will Directly Pay For Lagent Who Will Contract Additional Health With The Holder A Minimum Lump Sum Participation Of 15 Euros Per Month. This Amount Will Be Fixed And Will Not Depend On The Development Subscribed By Ladherent. The Market Is Concluded For A Period Of Two Years From January 1, 2026. It Can Be Renewed Four Times For A Renewal Period Of 12 Months
