The Council Requires To Appoint A Contractor For Each Of The Following Lots:Lot 1: Site Maintenance, Specialising In Working In Wetland Environments (Bosworth Battlefield, Market Bosworth And Watermead North Country Parks):•Stoned Path Works Including New Paths, Repairs, Top Dressing•Fencing, Including Stock Fencing, Post And Rail And Knee Rails •Creation And Maintenance Of Waterbodies Such As Lakes, Ponds & 'Ditching'•Reedbed Creation And Maintenance•Basic Woodland Management•Wildflower Meadow Works – Seeding, Scarifying, Rotavating•Small Pond Creation And Restoration•Resurfacing Of Play Areas •Installation Of Seating Benches •Emergency Works As And When Requiredlot 2: Site Maintenance, Specialising In Heathland Restoration And Dry Stonewalling (Beacon Hill, Jubilee Wood, Broombriggs Farm Country Park & Sheet Hedges Wood)•New Path Installations Ranging From Stoned And Dressed Paths To Tarmac Paths•Path Water Management Works, Including Grips, Bunds, French Drains And Aco Drains•Path Resurfacing Works, Including Top Dressing And Rolling•Experience Of Working On Paths Within A Country Park Setting•Construction And Repairs To Drystone Walls •Construction And Repairs To Fencing, Wooden And Metal Gates•Installation And Repair Of Livestock Welfare And Handling Infrastructure•Undertake Basic Reactive Woodland Health & Safety Maintenance •Heathland Management Works, Such As Weed Wiping, Boom Sprayings, Rolling And Mowing With Appropriate Plant And Equipment •Other Emergency Works As Required
