Lease Of A Premises Through Competition With Concurrence To Use It To The Creation Of A Commercial Incubator To Promote The Opening Of New Commercial Establishments In The Historical Center.It Is The Subject Of The Contract Of The Lease Of A Premises For The Implementation Of A Commercial Incubator, With The Following Minimum Requirements: 1) Minimum Area Built Of The Real Estate: 100 M². 2) The Premises Must Be Located On The Axis Object Of Commercial Dynamization: C/ Sant Ramon Or C/ Ciutadans.3) Minimum Services That Must Be Available By The Premises: It Has A Storage Space.- You Must Have Spaces That Serve As Window Windows.- The Local Will Have To Have Ventilation And Natural Light.-You Will Have To Have Water And Light Meter.-You Will Have To Have Health Services. 4) Urban Planning Parameter: The Use Admitted In The Premises Must Be Any Of The Provisions Of The Regulatory Ordinance On The Ground Floor Of The Ground Floor. Published In The Official Gazette Of The Province Of Barcelona Dated October 24, 2010.5) Property Or Usdefruit Title: The Natural Or Legal Persons Who Concur In The Competition, Must Be Owned In Full Domain Of The Commercial Premises, Or Usufructuaries, And Accredit It Through A Public Deed Of Ownership Or Usufruct.
