Job Description

  • Responsible for Bringing in New Business for the Company through a Variety of Sales Techniques for Revenue Generation.
  • Coaching, Inspiring and Motivating a Sales Team (Business Development Executive).
  • Ensuring that the Team meets monthly / yearly Sales Targets.
  • Sales Training, Development and Performance Management.
  • A good understanding of the market Dynamics in the Respective sector.
  • Preparing sales Strategies to achieve company growth.
  • Preparing and maintaining customer relationship.
  • Disciplined use of Internal CRM system, communication and customer Management.
  • Handling new Enquiries and Customer Complaints of existing subscribes.
  • Monitoring Random Calls for Quality Assurance & Training purpose of sales team member.
  • Monitoring Sample Tender Query for Quality Assurance & Training purpose of sales team member.
  • Forecasting and Analyzing market growth.
  • Reporting to VP Sales.

Criteria

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
