tender for strengthening of internal road and repair of drain and culvert of basantkunj scheme sector-d. - surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in- equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. all kinds of soil 2 earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by engineer-in-charge., all kinds of soil 3 providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level :, 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 4 providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level :, 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-iii) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 5 mild steel or iron work in plain work such as in r.c.c. or r.b. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:, cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 9 12 mm cement plaster of mix :, 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 10 construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded matarial, spreading in uniformlayers with motor grader on prepared surface ,mixing by mix in place method with rotamator at omc and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density ,complete as per technical specification clause 401 11 providing, laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at omc in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site ,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density . 12 providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means 13 tack coat on bituminous surfaces - providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom . 14 providing and laying bituminous macadam (b.m.) with 100-120 tph hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @3.30%, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction (sanction rate) 15 semi-dense bituminous concrete (s.d.b.c.) (using water plastic) providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 tph batch type hmp producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent mix to work at site as per morth & h specification clause no. 508 complete in all respects(reducing bituminous quantity by 8% and replacing it by plastic wastage as per irc : sp: 98-2013) (sanction rate) 16 providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, t&p, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. 17 providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks in foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using pu mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturers specifications & direction of engineer in-charge., 80mm thick cement concrete paver block of m-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.
