annual maintenance plan of rural roads under administrative expenditure - patharpada to pahadpur_road_ sdbc_0/000 to 1/000 1/500 to 3/000- 1 clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of grith upto 300mm removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means andstacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m incuding removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per direction of engineer-in-charge. 2 scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified materials with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres etc complete. 3 re-working of scarified bituminous surface suitable after supplementing base materials with sand & compacting finished surface as per technical specification & as per clause - 601.8.3.2 of mosrt&h specifications for road & bridge works (latest revision) 4 construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of mosrt&h specifications for road & bridges work (4th revision). 5 supplying & filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & t&p required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of engineer in charge. 6 providing,laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and chamber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the intersices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of mosrt&h specifications for road and bridge works.(with stone screenings) 7 providing 37.5 mm thick busg in one layers applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen /10 sqm, using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size h.g. metal & 0.12 cum of 12mm size h.g. chips for 10 sqm . etc. complete. 8 providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of mosrt&h specifications for road & bridges work (4th revision) 9 providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of mosrt&h specifications for road & bridges work (4th revision). 10 providing & laying semi dense bituminous concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of mosrt&h specifications for road and bridge works please enable macros to view boq information
