note : (a) the work will be carried out on complaint basis, day to day as recorded by the users in complaint resister. the contractor /rep of the contractor will collect the complaint slip from b&r complaint cell in ge lekhapani office by 9.00 am and submit the complaints report of the same each by 1730 hrs after rectification, failing which penal recovery @ rs 100.00 per complaint will be recovered from contractors dues.(b) urgent manpower for removal of blokage of any type, may be required to be provided by the contractor in day or night (on sunday or holiday) on a short notice. if the contractor fails to provide manpower for the specific work, manpower for the same work will be hired from any other source for that urgent job by the dipartment and shall be paid in fully by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. 12 removing blockage from water closet (indian or european type), urinals, whbs, gully traps, etc including getting outsolid/liquid/foreign
