Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning (SITC) as well as warranty for the complete project shall be provided for 1 year from the date of purchase and the vendor must provide 1 year warranty/service certificate. 2. Support/service must be provided immediately after raising the complain. 3. Maintenance and repairing of the supplied equipment/parts (all mentioned in the bid) will be the responsibility of the vendor for 1 years. 4. All the equipment to be supplied and installed must strictly match with the technical specifications and supplier must send a sample of the required product to the AE Civil Office, Rajbhawan, and Lucknow before opening of the technical bid for testing and approval. 4. EMD exemption papers must be uploaded with the tech bid if the seller asks for EMD exemption. 5. The bidder should enclose a notarized affidavit in a non-judicial stamp of INR 100 that the firm has not been debarred or blacklisted by any department. 6. Payment will be released after supply of the material. 7. The tenderer must enclose the last 3 year Income Tax Return and GST Returns along with the technical bid. 9. Escalation matrix for after sales support of the bidder must be there. 10. The Rajbhawan reserves the right to accept or reject all or any one of the bidders and is not liable to provide any reason. 11. The vendor must have the work experience of at least 5 years in the same field. 12. Minimum turnover of the vendor must be 3 crore in the last 5 financial years. 13. Exemptions on minimum required turnover, minimum required experience, EMD fees will be provided to the Start-Ups having DPIIT certificate, Start-in UP certificate and MSME certificate. 14. Vendors/OEMS must have their service centres/office within the district of LUCKNOW (Address and contact person must be provided along with technical offer) 15. Supply as well as Installation of each and every component of the complete project must be done within the specified delivery period of 1 months (30days). 16. Performance certificate from two government institutions of the same product must be attached with the technical offer. Otherwise the offer will not be considered. 17. All participants and suppliers must follow the ATC rules and regulations. 18. All the attached documents must be self-attested with the firm’s seal. Total Quantity :
