(Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen) 4 Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen)
