(including all taxes but excluding gst.) si no 253 2 providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405. as per direction of engg-in-charge (g-2) 3 providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. as per direction of engg-in-charge (g-3) 4 brick lining on both side of the road of m-150 bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supplyof bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 5 providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (ss-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 6 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen vg-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. as per direction of engg-in-charge 7 providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per technical specification clause 508. as per direction of engg-in-charge 8 providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per technical specification clause 510as per direction of engg-in-charge 9 excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30 m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches (si no. 251 (a) 10 cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. si . 281 (b) 11 (b) m-150 brick work in but in 1:4 (one cement & four corse sand) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. complete in all respects but excluding gst 12 struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus. complete in all respects but excluding gst 13 2.5 cm thick damp proof course with cement and approved coarse sand 1:2 with and including water proofing compound (1 ltr. to 1 bag of cement of 50 kg.) as ordered by the engineer incharge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work and including proper curing & shutterings as necessary. complete in all respects but excluding gst
