(Ref. to Mort&H Specification No.305) including cost of earth etc. 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method withat OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 5 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.(Ref. to Mort&H Specification No. 502) 6 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 7 Providing and laying rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness compsed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut back of emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity. (As per MORTH Spec. no. 511) 8 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade cross fall using type C seal coat 9 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels.rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant,dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc.(M-20) (without dowal bar) 10 Cement concrete with 4cm.
