gst. 15 12mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement & coarse sand ofsingle coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. including all taxes but excluding gst. 16 providing and laying and fixing of n.p.-3 hume pipe in proper position as directed by e/i including cartage of pipes/collars upto 30m distance. including cost of pipes/collars. 1000mm dia,including all taxes but excluding gst. 17 1-at present instructions as per enc letter no. 121312 are effective regarding maintenance of work, which are hereby adjourned in anticipation of further instructions. if any new instructions regarding maintenance of work are issued by competent authority, they will be deemed mandatory for the work. no representation regarding that will be entertained.2- the departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ rs. 1609.00 per hour including pol charges, wages of driver and cleaner. if roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ rs. 12872.00 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period.
