11 re-construction work in chini mill alipur kurd (tirpadi) budhana khurd road. - (a) earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in theform of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remmingand dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 m. liftand 30 m. lead. the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 m. distance as directed by the engineerincharge.as per si no. 253 2 wbm grading 3 providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405. (a) by manual means 3 providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam steblized with 3.5% emulsiong + 1% cement specification including premixing the material with water at omc in mechanical mixer plant, carriage of mixe material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in subbase/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 kn weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per table 400.11& 400.12 and technical specification clause 406. of mord. i/c all taxes, labour cess, levy, toll fee roylaty, contractor profit but excluding gst. 4 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen vg-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. 5 20mm thick open-graded premix carpet using bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) binder providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type c as per technical specification clause 508. case - i by manual means (i) bitumen (s-90) 6 seal coat providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per technical specification clause 510 a. by manual means case - iii : type c (i) bitumen (s-90) 7 construction of un-reinforced, without dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other typ0e as per clause 1501.2.2 m30 (grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to is: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, aplying debonding strips, prime, sealant, near approaches to bridge, culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days. 8 (a)excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 m. and lead upto 30 m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 m. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move ) as per si no. 251 9 cement concrete with 4 cm gauge in proportions of 8:4:1stone ballast, coarse sand and cement including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per si no. 281 10 r.c.c. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2;4 inlintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 b.w.g.g.i. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work includingcost of binding wire. the rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. as per si no. 283 11 (b) m-150 brick work in 1:3 (one cement & three coarse sand) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per si no. 307 12 12 mmthick plaster with with 1:4 cement and corse sand over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per si no. 584 a 13 brick lining on both side of the road of m-150 bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supplyof bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 14 m-150 brick on edge pavement on parties with bricks, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope, and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm. (3/8) depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour tools &plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
