lsd road to tahara link road renewal works with 05 years maintenance - providing ,laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,stonescreening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density 2 providing and applying tack coat withvg-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the preparedsurface cleaned with hydraulic broom . 3 providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat. 4 providing and laying seal coat c type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall . 5 construction of shoulder with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byengineer-in-charge and as per technical specitaion clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1and 300.2 as per technical specification clause 301.5 6 routine maintinance charge upto 5 years for any defect/damage found after construction of all works i/c restoration of paved surface, shoulders, culverts road furniture etc. complete as per direction of e/i first year - 0second year - 7 third year 8 fourth year 9 fifth year
