tender for renewal of main road(ufa) to naubasta link road f.y. 2024-25 - providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53.22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam g-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for grading 3 as per mord specification.gst will be paid extra as per prevelling rules. 2 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen vg-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.gst will be paid extra as per prevelling rules. 3 providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kn capacity, finished to required level and grades to followed by seal coat.gst will be paid extra as per prevelling rules. 4 providing and laying seal coat type c sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall .gst will be paid extra as per prevelling rules. 5 maintenance charges5 years from the actual completion of work for pc 6 maintenance cost of ist year 7 maintenance cost of 2nd year @ 1.50 % cost of work 8 maintenance cost of 3rd year @ 3.00 % cost of work 9 maintenance cost of 4th year @ 4.50 % cost of work 10 maintenance cost of 5th year @ 6.00 % cost of work
