tender for term contract in officers enclave at af station manauri; 1 to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after and also those referred to as may be amanded and as are enamurated in the aforesaid mes schedule during the period of 12 months from the acceptance of this contract or from the date given in acceptance letter at the rates contained in mes schedule subject to contractors quoted percentage ( above or below ) as given in boq. 2 notes :- ( i ) tenderers shall insert percentage rate in 16 th row, column f here-in-below. ( ii ) tenderers shall refer and select the optionexcess ( + ) or less ( - ) available at the 16 th row of this boq to quote the percentage above / below mes standard schedule of rates 2020 ( part-ii ) incluidng errata and amendments upto date of publising of tender. ( iii ) if 0 ( zero ) percentage is offered the rate shall be reckoned as net ( at par ) with ssr. ( iv ) if no percentage is offered the tender shall be considered as blank. ( v ) amount inserted by mes under estimated rate / amount columnand the total amount reflected at this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. the total work orders for various works / services however shall be placed during the contract period within this estimated amount. the work / services shall be ordered through separate work orders as per requirement to be priced at mes schedule rates part ii 2020 duly adjusted by percentage quoted by the contractor.
