special repair to bldg. no. 200 ( block of 6 qtrs ) in cw lines andprovision ofsteel utensil rack in 118 x jcos / or govt md accnin cw lines & albert ekka line and provision of 50 xexhaust fans for jcos md accn in cw lines in the area ofage b / r-i under ge ( n ) ambala cantt ; 1 schedule a part-i ( b / r items ) taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 2 demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the engr-in-charge. 3 m&lbrick work with sub class b old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 4 m&lbrick work with sub class b old size bricks straight or curved on plan to anyradius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 5 m & l rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. ( wpc shall be measured and paid for separately ) 6 material and labour rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 andfinishedeven and fair without engineer-in-charge. 10 m & l complete removal of existing treatment on walls ( any number of layers ) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, washing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemperwith painting roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 1mm to 2mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achieve smooth surfacecomplete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 11 m&l preparation of new plastered / unplastered surfaces of brick / concrete ceiling and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 12 m&l preparation of old decorated brick / concrete, plastered / un plastered surfaces ofceiling and applying two coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 13 m&lpreparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of
