( excluding gst ) 3 providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying androlling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type a or type b or type c as per technical specification clause 508.case - i by manual means ( i ) bitumen ( s-90 ) 4 providing and laying seal coat by manual means with vg-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per technical specification clause 510 ( including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including cost of bitumen ) ( excluding gst ) 5 earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dessing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5m. lift & 30m. lead. the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge.
