tender for contract for misc. civil painting and allied work for community hall and nearby area at kurul colony, alibag, rcf thal; 1 providing and applying two coats of water proof cement paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface etc.complete. 2 providingand applyingtwocoatsof exterioracraylicemulsion paintconfirmingto corresponding i.s. of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including applying the primer coat if necessary includingcleaning, preparingtheplastersurface,articulate /boom lifter if necessary will be provided by rcf, and watering washing the surface etc complete. 3 providing and fixing in position tmt - fe - 500 bar reinforcement tata/sail/jsw or equivalent make of various diameters for r.c.c.pilecaps,footings,foundations,slabs,beamscolumns,canopies,staircase,newels, chajjas,lintelspardis,copings,fins,archesetc.asperdetaileddesigns,drawingsand schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete. 4 providing and applying two coats of oil paint of approved colour to the old civil structure,structural steel workandironworkpreviouslypaintedinbuildingincludingscaffolding,ifnecessary, cleaning and preparing the surface (including primer coat if necessary)etc. complete. 5 providing and constructing brick masonry work in 2nd. class bricks in foundation plinth and super structure using cement mortar of proportion 1:6 (cement: sand) including bailing out water scaaffolding work, raking out joints, watering, cleaning and soaking the bricks at least for 24 hours before use , curing etc. for 7 days etc. all complete at all heights / depth. curing etc. complete as specified and as directed. 6 providing & laying ofdry trap rubble stone soling 15 to 20 cm. thick including filling the voids, hand packing, watered& compacting etc. complete in all respects as per direction of engineer- in charge. (including supplying of rubble stone). 7 providingandlayingcastinsitu/readymixcementconcretem-25oftrap/granite/quartzite/gneissmetalforr.c.c.workinfoundations /superstructureslike raft,strip foundations,grillage footingsr.c.c. columns, beam slab pardi and steel stanchions etc. including bailing out water,steel centering,formwork,coverblocks,laying/pumping,compactionandcuring roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided (excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. complete. 8 providing and laying cast in situ/ready mixcement concrete in m15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding / steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting,rougheningthemifspecialfinishistobeprovided,finishingunevenand honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. the cement mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. newly laid concrete shall be covered bygunnybag,plastic,tarpaulinetc. 9 providing and applying washable oil-bound distemper of approvedcolour andshade to old andnewsurfaces in two coats including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces. (including primer coat if necessary) etc. complete. 10 providing internal/ external cement plaster 12 mm thick in a single coat using ready to use wall plaster to concrete or brick surface in all positions including scaffolding and curing complete. providing groove at joint of b.b. masonry and concrete members complete.a) cement ratio 1:5 11 providing and applying liquid elastomeric polymerized bituminous membrane waterproofing treatment with brush applied single component water based,cold applied (tarfelt lm or equivalent) including cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, dust, laitance etc. the rate is inclusive of one coat of primer @0.2 kg/sqm and two coat of liquid membmne coating @ 1.0 kg/sqm for two coats etc. complete as per manufactures specification. 12 providingfixing various types of materials & other fitings / accessories, etc. including the charges such as transportation, handling, storage and overheads, profits, etc. complete. as directed by engineer-in-charge as per requirement of job not included in above items. payment shall be made on the basis of actual cost of material per cash memo/receipts.
