(including carriage of new 11 kv ct/pt combined metering unit from store center mathura to site of work.) 31 fixing of meter pilfer box (service connection meter holding capacity) including its carriage from electricity store centre mathura to site of work including grouting of meter pillar box in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand and brick ballast as per standard norms. 32 guarding of 11 kv line by laying two nos. gi wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 mtrs. as per direction of supervising engineer/respo manual. it includes the cost o f labour t&p carriage etc required for proper completion. 33 fixing of distribution box on erected pcc pole. 34 re-sagging of loose h.t/l.t line as per direction of supervising engineer. it includes the cost of labour, t&p etc required for proper completion of work.(work will be done inside and outside of village) 35 dismantle of old/damaged acsr weasel conductor/g.i. wire from the existing line and its bundling and stacking in roll and send to j.e. store/ mathura store. 36 straightening of tilted single pole at various places by straighteningof pole including the cost of labour ,t&p charges required for proper completion of work (inside/outside village) 37 neutral/body earthing of distribution transformers. it includes digging of pit upto water level depth and then inserting 32 mm dia gi pipe of “b” grade, confirming to the requirement of is specification and then connecting the top of the inserted pipe by ms flat of size 50x3.3 mm or appropiate size with the help of nut and bolt or through welding, as per direction of supervising engineer. it includes the cost of all material, labour, t & p cartage etc. required for proper completion of work.the aforesaid work shall be carried out as per resspo norms.. 38 constructions oftransformer plinth of size 5.5x5.5x6 feet, with the help of first class brick and masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. filling the structure completely as per norms with rcc top 1:2:4 cement, sand coarse and stone grit with ms bar and ms channel for resting transformer wheel (100x50x1650mm) and plaster. all material shall be provided by the contractor. old good conditioned bricks, stronegrit and ms bar/ms channel etc will be used after approval of supervisory engineer to lower the cost of work. work includes removal of t/f from old plinth and re-energize the t/f on earth safely till new plinth construction. then after remounting the t/f on newly constructed plinth and making all connections to energize the t/f. 39 providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing around transformer plinth with ms angle of size 40x40x6 mm length and 1.20 mtrs height. such panels shall be supported on ms angle from of size 40x40x6 mm having 04 nos corner supports of height 1.65 mtrs including extended legs for grouting which will be used as a door for entry of the personnel or removal/shifting of transformer with welded hinges, sliding belt etc for lockingarrangement as per drawing and specifications. the fencing will be painted in the green colour synthetic enamel paint after painting with one coat of red oxide primer. the rates should be inclusive of all materials required for completion of above work. (length of each fencing approx. 11 mtrs) with t& p labour etc.
