Details of every job includes- (a) Taking out scrap angle heap of scrap, cutting the cleats of 50x50x6mm angle iron & shifting back the scrap (b) Fixing of cleats of angle iron by welding including cost of electrodes, labor, T&P. 11.1 Fabrication of 3M long Electrode with 40MM dia M.S. rod having 150mm long conical shape and then its piercing vertically in side the ground with top 600mm.below ground level and its welding with earthmat, excluding the cost of M.S. bar. 11.2 Boring with 150 mm Dia casing pipe to a depth of 27.00 meter long from ground level with skilled and unskilled labour including all T&P, boring apparatus and supervision charges etc. required for proper completion of work. By Inserting 40x6 mm GI Flat in 50 mm Dia B-class (Jindal) ISI mark 6.0 meter long 3 pipe placed horizontally on ground and bolting the G.I flat with 150 mm long 75x6 mm copper plate conical piece on and then bolting the G.I flat with G.I pipe in such a way that flat remains in contact with the pipe, Lowering of 6.0 meter long with G.I pipe with conical copper plate connected and at bottom along with G.I flat inside the pipe in boring of 150 mm G.I pipe pieces by G.I sockets along with 40x6 mm G.I flat from the upper end of pipe by making a cut of 45 mm wide up to a depth of 50 mm in upper portion of G.I pipe and providing 01 no. cap type G.I socket on upper treaded portion of pipe for water pouring in the pipe at regular intervals filling the space. 11.3 Excavation of pit of size 2.00x2.00x4.5 driven of M.S electrodes of 40/36/32 mm dia 3.0 mtr long in the earth at four corners of the pit at equal distance of 2.0 mtr long, keeping the top of electrode 50 cm above the pit ground level, welding of 40 mm M.S round pieces of 03 mtr long on all four sides of electrodes and 15 cm below of top of electrodes by 08 nos U type clamp of 50x6 mm G.I flat on opposite side of square welding of 40x6 mm G.I flat on opposite M.S electrode driven in ground and connecting the 40x6 mm G.I flat. MS Flat will be provided by department free of cost as per actual consumption. 11.4 Interconnecting work of connecting bore earth point with near by Main structure of 132 KV Gaintry of 132 KV Sunsure Gj seven bay equipments with MS Flat of size 50x6 mm. This work includes laying, cutting, bending, welding and painting of MS Flat with one coat of Red oxide primer and two coats of Green colour of standard make like Nerolac, Berger, Asian etc. 12.1 Supply and fixing of 120 watt LED Lamps Cropmton Greaves, Bajaj/Havells make fitting including lamp, Ballast Igniter etc. For fixing of structure including cost of all material labour and T&P for completion of work. 12.2 Supply and fixing of Junction Box on lighting polls of size 200x200x150mm of MS seat SWG duly painted with synthetic enamel paint box should be fixing and Backlite terminal strip of 4 Nos terminal both should be fixing on Sunmica seat and half round MS clamp with GI pipe for fixing the Junction box on the structure 12.3 Supply and fixing of 16 Amp. MCB make Crompton Greaves, Bajaj/Havells make fitting on structure including cost of all material, labour and T&P for completion of work. 12.4 Laying of 2x2.5/4x2.5mm sq.mm PVC cable 50 cm below the ground level in PVC conduit pipe after excavation and back filling including all labour PVC pipe etc. 13 Laying the 01 Nos. 4x2.5 Sq. mm control cable for CT & PT with provision of vermin proofing in galv. MS pipe in individual B Class pipe of Jindal/TATA/JSW/SAIL, 1 dia with jointing with Tee, Elbow, bend, Socket etc. Including cost of material of pipe and other accessories. Separate pipe will be made in trench for each control cable. The cubical fitted with two no. 3 phase four pole TPN MCB 63 Amp and 12 nos. 3 phase four pole TPN MCB 15 Amp suitable for giving supply to 33 KV Breakers, Isolators, Lighting fixtures etc. The cubical shall have the provision of visual indication of incoming supply & indoor light fitting 09 Watt LED with the power cubical shall be weather proof. 14.2 Fixing of 03 Phase AC Power Recaeptacle of size 1550x800x500mm by fabricating proper frame to hold it and grouting the same with help of fasteners on block of concrete having 30 cm above ground level with mixture of 1:2:4 at the location decided by the supervising engineer.The box should consists of cable gland duly fitted in gland plate fixed on the bottom of cubical box with proper locking arrangement. work includes carriage of power receptacle to the location, inclusive of cost of labour and T&P required to complete the job satisfactorily. 14.3 Laying of 3.5Cx95/75/50 sq.mm LT Power cable 60 cm below the ground level after excavation and put the 1st class bricks and river sand along side of cable and back filling with proper termination on cables at both end complete with Lugs, Glands etc. of proper size. Tender For Construction Of 01 Nos New 33 Kvravi Solar Bay (10 Mw)At 132 Kv S/Smadhogarh Under Etd, Orai - Safely carriage of structure material approx 7 MT ( CGM, CGM, XPM, YMM, EKR, CPM ,BBL, BTI, BCT, ALP, ABL etc)from EFU Naini, prayagraj to 132 KV Substation Madhogarh distance approx380 Km . The work includes sorting of structure &loading on private carrierand unloading of the same at 132 kV S/S Madhogarh(including toll tax etc.) 2 Erection of main structure for extension of 33 KV Transfer bus consisting of columns, peaks, beams, masts (CGM, CGM, XPM, YMM, EKR, CPM, ) etc and auxiliary structure ( BBL, BTI, BCT, ALP, ABL) required for installation of isolators, CTs, PTs,C.B., and all other equipments . The job consists of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nuts, bolts, washers etc. from store to site oferection, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practice using flat and spring washers with each bolt. Matching of holes, cutting, fabrication of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 3 Erection of following equipments as per instructionmanual of various equipment and technical specification including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 4 33 KV CB 5 33 KV CT 6 33 KV LI 7 33 KV BI 8 33 KV Junction box 9 Interconnection of above equipments and bus bar including cutting, bending of conductor and jumpering along with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specn. 10 33 KV side IxP 11 Earthing of main structure, auxiliary structure & various equipments structure installed including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed and painting with red oxide with one coat also painting with green enamel paint. 12 75x10 13 50x6 mm 14 25x6 mm 15 Laying of following size control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments/ marshalling boxes and JB etc. in switchyard as per cableschedule. Its saddling at every 750mm. Distance with M.S. saddles of size 25x3mm. Size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification. 16 2C x 2.5 Sq. mm unarmoured. 17 4C x 2.5 Sq. mm unarmoured. 18 6Cx2.5 Sq. mm unarmoured. 19 Stringing of single panther24 Mtr transfer bus of 33 KV including fitting of tension clamps, hoisting of insulators, cutting of conductor including shifting of material from store to work site and and all the other associated work required for completion of jobs satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specification. 20 Termination of following sizes cables as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box where ever required fixing of cable glands of approx. made size and ferruling and Nos for each core. (The rates of termination of control cable including the all cores of cable at one end with lug.) 21 2C x 2.5 Sq. mm unarmoured. 22 4C x 2.5 Sq. mm unarmoured. 23 6Cx2.5 Sq. mm unarmoured. 24 Preparation of Inter connection diagram and cable schedule as per drawing to complete the job including CB, CT,panel and Isolator etc. 25 Erection & installation of 0.2 class accuracy ABT meter (main & check-02 Nos) with cubical panel. 26 Intregation of 33 KV bay with existing SCADA system at 132 KV S/S Madhogarh 27 The Rates qouted by the bidders should be without Taxes. Taxes to be paid extra, if applicable.
