Indore based Balaji Phosphates (P) Limited (BPPL) has announced to set up a single super phosphate (SSP) plant in Dewas district of Madhya Pradesh. The proposed project will have a manufacturing capacity of 400 tonnes per day of single super phosphate (SSP). The project would utilize outsourced sulphuric acid and rock phosphate for producing single super phosphate (SSP).
The company has applied to the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MOEF) for issue of terms of reference (TOR) for conducting environment impact assessment studies on the project.
