The Scope Of Work Shall Include Investigation, Planning, Site Clearance And Dismantling, Utility Shifting, Tree Transplantation / Removal, Traffic Diversion, Designing And Execution Of Construction Of Elevated Corridor From Minerva Circle To Hudson Circle, Bengaluru, Drainage System, Construction Of Bus Bay Along With Bus Shelters, Slip Road And Appurtenant Works, Providing Traffic Signage And Signals, Lane Marking, Painting, Providing Overhead Gantry, Electrical Works, Etc. Any Other Works Which Are Necessary For Satisfactory Complection Of The Work But Not Specifically Mentioned In The Above Shall Also Be Part Of Scope Of Work.The Turnkey, Lump Sum, Fixed Price, No Variation, Tender Based On Tenderers Own Design Shall Be Inclusive Of Cost Of Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation And Any Other Ancillary Investigations / Works And Cost Of All Labours, Materials, Casting Yard, Tools And Plants And Machinery Required For Completing The Various Components Of The Flyover Along With Drainage Facilities, Slip Roads, Footpath, Signals And Signages, Road Marking, Painting Of All The Infrastructure Developed, Illumination In The Flyover, On Surface Level Roads, Etc. Including Junction Improvement And Road Works Like Preparation Of Supply Of Base, Base, Riding Surface, Construction Of Medians, Islands, Road Side Kerbs, Culverts, Temporary And Permanent Retaining Structures, Etc. Along The Corridor Length And Maintenance Of All The Infrastructural Facilities Developed For A Defect Liability Period Of 24 Months, Which Will Run Concurrently From The Date Of The Physical Completion Of The Project And On Issuance Of Completion Certificate By The Competent Authority. All The Design Criteria Shall Be As Per Relevant Irc, Bis, Mosrt H And Other Relevant Standards.
