    I.Empanelling Eligible Protected Cultivation Structure Construction Agencies For The Purpose Of Providing Subsidy To The Farmers Who Gets Structure Constructed From The Empanelled Agencies Under The Said Schemes.Ii.Rates Quoted / Tendered For Construction Of Different Types Of Protected Cultivation Structures As Per Terms And Conditions Governing.Iii.All The Agency Who Have Quoted The Cost Less Than The Indicative Cost, Such Agencies Will Be Empanelled For The Rates Quoted And In Case The Rates Quoted Are Higher Than The Indicative Cost, Negotiations Will Be With The Willing Agencies.Iv.The Farmers Are Free To Select Any Agencies From The Empanelled List Of Bidders But The Subsidy Is Limited To 50 Percent Of The Empanelled Rates Within The Indicative Rates.V.In Any Case The Maximum Subsidy Limit Will Not Be Above 50 Percent Of The Indicative Unit Cost. Empanelling Eligible Agencies For Construction Of Different Types Of Protected Cultivation Structures For The Purpose Of Providing Subsidy For The Farmers
