1 Construction of TUBE-WEL 2 Supply of ERW M.S. Black casing pipe 3 l/c for making slots on blank pipes 4 Supply & lowering of 25 mm dia GI pipe B class having perforation 3 to5 mm 5 S & F tube well cover (for 200mm dia pipe) M.S. Sheet 8mm thick at & 5mm thick 6 Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, 7 Add extra over item No. 7 for every additional lift of 1.5 Mtr. or part thereof 8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete 10 Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with wooden members and removal of formwork for superstructure up to 4.5 mtr above plinth, for: wall (any thickness ) including attached pilasters,buresses,plinth and string course. Add extra for shuttering in circular work in plan up to dia 10m over item nos.4.12.1 to 4.12.3 11 Cement concrete flooring grade 1:2:4 (1-cement : 2-coarse sand : 4-graded stone aggregate) rounding off edges etc. 12 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand morta 13 Supply & laying river gravels 14 Supply & laying of clean, clear sharp river sand of size 1 to 2 mm coarse, etc
