Name of Work:- Repair and Maintenance and Infrastructure Assets in R-I division during 2026-27.SH - Repair of drainage assets like GTs, Bell mouth, Manholes etc. during monsoon season under jurisdiction of Sub Div-II(R-I).

2Cutting bituminous premixed carpet excluding the water bound macadam and disposal of dismantled unserviceable material with in 50 metre lead
3Cutting water bound Macadam road surface including screening sorting and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metre lead.
4Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
5Dismantling of manhole including R.C.C. top slab, including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer- charge (a) Rectangular manhole 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep
6Repair of brick masonry circular road Gully chamber of 560mm internal dia 60cm deep with FPS brick of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand ) inside cement plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and floors including providing the reinforced Gully grating cover and frame of 560mm internal dia metre 840mm external dia metre amendments including finishing and embedding the frame in 15cm thick Cement Concrete 1: 2: 4 (1cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) with gully grating of MD-10 complete as per direction and satifaction of Engineer -in -Charge.
7Repair of bell mouth (Silt chamber type) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4coarse sand) of inside size 45x50x60 cm deep channel side wall to be 50cm deep below channel level over precast cement concrete cube at size15cmx15cmx15cm shall be fixed in form opening as bell mouth under the SFRC manhole cover frame of MD-10 of size 550x450mm opening with one rounding of to match the profile of cement concrete kerb stone and 12mm thick cement plaster in side the chamber with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finished complete and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
8Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required (Raising depth of manhole to be paid separately) : Rectangular manhole 120x90 cm with circular cover 500 mm dia of grade MD - 10
9Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 10Constructing brick masonry manhole ( silt chamber type) of size 120X90X120 cm deep with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) 15 cm thick RCC top slab with 500mm dia opening with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) reinforced with a 18.92 Kg/each TMT bars, 20 cm foundation cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) inside plaster 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and providing 50mm thick cement concrete of 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) with neat cement punning inside the manhole complete as per standard design difference of 30cm shall be kept between invert level of pipe and manhole bottom excluding the cost of SFRC manhole cover and frame 500mm dia which be paid separately. Depth shall be measured from bottom of manhole to top of RCC slab.
11Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. (a) M D - 10 Circular shape 500 mm internal diameter
12Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS : 10910, on 12 mm dia steel bar conforming to IS: 1786, having minimum cross section as 23 mmx25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufacture's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 30x20x15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete as per design.
13Constructing brick masonry Bell mouth silt chamber type with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand ) inside size 45x50x65cm deep channel side wall to be 50cm deep below channel level over which 3 Nos precast cement concrete cube of size 15x15x15cm should be fixed to from opening as bell mouth under the SFRC manhole cover and frame of size 550x450mm inside opening with one edge rounded off to match the profile of cement concrete kerb stone including providing and laying bed concrete 15cm thick 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 50mm thick 1:2:4(1cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 12mm thick cement plaster side the chamber with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge( including necessary excavation in foundation and refilling etc complete including disposal of earth building rubbish.
14Constructing brick masonary circular road gully chamber of 560mm internal dia and depth 60cm with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) over a bed of cement concrete 15 cm thick and 115 dia of cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside cement plaster of 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and floors including providing and fixing of SFRC gully grating cover and frame (560mm internal dia and 840 mm external dia and 130 mm thick) confirming to specification of SFRC cover and frame to I.S: 12592 part-I & II with upto date amendment in 150mm thick cc 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
15Dismantling & taking out old RCC pipes from excavated trenches with the help of chain pulley block/labour including breaking of joints, cleaning of pipes silt & stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 50 meter lead. a) 150 mm to 300 mm dia RCC pipe
16Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : (a) 250 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe
17Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : (a) 300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe
18Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
19Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shutting all work Up to plinth level. (a)1:5:10 ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand Manufacture sand upto 100%): 10 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size (Recycled aggregate upto 100%)
20Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
21Cleaning and desilting of drainage channel (Open drain)/Manholes, including removal and placing of existing RCC slab on top of channel and removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and stacking of silt/ malba upto 25 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
22Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
23Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 15 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge: All kinds of soil
24Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete: (A) For pipes 250 to 300 mm diameter
25Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C manhole cover of required shape and approved quality.LD-2.5, Rectangular shape1000X500x75 mm dimensions.
26Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
