Name of Work:- PERIODICAL SERVICES INCLUDING SMART PERIODICAL TO INTERNAL /EXTERNAL SURFACE OF BLDGS IN ZONE A AT TECH AREA UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AT AF STN AGRA.

1Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Including removal of debries out side MD land all specified and directed.
2M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers of 10+5mm in cm1:4 mixed with Pidi proof 101 LW(+) or Dr fixit or equivelent intergral water proofing admixture:- @ 200ml/bag over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivelent in the ratio (1:4:7) (One part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement). @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture/sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement) for external walls complete as specified and directed.Note: Pidi proof and super latex to be measured and paid separately.
3M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) used on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.
4M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
5Supply only Pidi proof 101 LW (+) 4.00 or super latex 302
6M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with one coat of primer in normal pattern (two or more coat applied @1.67ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10sqm) as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- finishing coat shall be done through roller only. Note :- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means)
7M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted over and including 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
8M&L for prepration of new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coat of white washing complete all as specified and directed .
9Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia,cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander(having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust,loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for providing & applying average 1mm thick of Birla/ JK wall care putty over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting, complete all as specified and as directed.
11M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying One coats of exterior emulsion paint in normal pattern one coat applied @1.67ltr/10sqm over as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- finishing coat shall be through roller only. Note :- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine and All pot holes/cracks to be filled by putty (Mechanical means)
12M&L for preparation of old plastered prepared surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with one coat of primer in camouflage pattern (two or more coat applied @1.67ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10sqm) as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- finishing coat shall be through roller only. Note :- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine and All pot holes/cracks to be filled by putty (Mechanical means)
13M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted with roller tinted complete all as specified and directed.Note:- All pot holes/cracks to be filled by putty
14M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coats of cement paint in normal pattern ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- curing of walls including in this items. Note :- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means)
15M&L gunniting to RCC works in column ,beams, slabs, landing, balconies etc by removing loose concrete including plaster cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick to rusted steel reinforcement after removing/ cleaning all rust by sand/grit blasting and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mm x 75mm with 3mm dia steel wire as facies/drops and similar works etc and expoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sika. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2.5 Kg/sqcm and applying 25mm thick layers of gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) using ordinary port land cement of 43 grade over wherever required complete all as specified. Note:- (i) After placing the additionnal reinforcement all concrete surface shall be throughly scrubbing with brushed washed with water and allow dry and plaster complete all as specified. (ii) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iii) Rate for scaffolding ,15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and TMT bars (where applicable) deemed to be included in quoated rate. (iv) preparation of surface and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint with one coat of primer deemed to be included in this item.
16Dismantling wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp, insulation etc or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any thickness including cover filletts.
17Providing & fixing false ceiling at (a) all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre With Semi With fully Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of perforated perforated 12mm Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, 12mm thick thick micro tegular design and patterns having moisture micro tegular edged or 10 mm content less than 2%, humidity resistanceedged GRG thick square edged of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS false ceiling GRG false ceiling 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS tiles tiles 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of mainT runners of size (Sleek 15 x 32 mm) of length 3000mm,cross-T of size (Sleek 15x 32mm) of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size (Sleek 15 x 32 mm) of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and Lshape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-inCharge.
18Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from steel frames.
19M & L sheet glass ordinary quality 3mm thick and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc. 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified.
20S&F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specifed and directed.
21M&L for preparing old decorated wooden or wood based surfaces n.exc. 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
22M & L for prepararing old decorated steel surfaces by washing down over 10 cm width or girth and on steel corrugated sheet and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.
23M&L for preparation of old cement surfaces of floor and applying one coats of floor Plastic paint in normal pattern, of any tint as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. All worn out/unserviceable materials/items which will be obtained from different items of Sch `A’/ BOQ (as mentioned above) during replacement work, shall become contractor’s property and amount of credit shall be recovered from the contractor's RAR & final bill as and when payments are submitted. These materials shall be allowed to be removed from works site only after credit amount for the same is recovered from the contractor’s payment. Items not covered under this Schedule shall become the property of department and the same shall be returned/ deposited by the contractor at MES store yard without any extra cost to department/ government and all materials which are credited to the contractor, shall be recorded in MB 2. The contractor shall have no claim regarding fixation of credit rates in this schedule and no rebate on \\"Schedule of credit\\" rates/ amount shall be accepted. However contractor can offer more credit rates/ amount. 3. The total credit amount may vary as per execution of work above different items involved in this credit schedule. 4. The quantities given in column 4 are provisional and same shall be measured and paid based on actual quantities obtained against relevant items of Schedule ‘A’/ BOQ. These materials shall not be reused/ reincorporated in the work except where specified. 5. The measurements of dismantled materials shall be the gross quantity obtained and not the net quantity considered for payment in schedule. The old and unserviceable materials to be retrieved from taking down/demolition/dismantling etc are considered in schedule of credit.
