1Surface dressing of the ground Including removing vegetation and in-equalitiesn not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbis, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m All kinds of soll.
2Providing & laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including remixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, MORT&H-406.
3Providing and applying primer coat with 80/100 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/sqm. using mechanical means, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P ctc required for proper completion of the work as per Clause- 502 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 4Providing and applying tack coat with 80/100 bitumenemulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of0.25 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous/ granularsurface cleaned with mechanical broom, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per Clause - 503 of MORT & H specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 5Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler. transporting Analysed the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.
6Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Gr-II) with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.40 per cent of mix Rates and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects
7Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with M Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. (Repeated/80 Tranvers bar) Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 sqr thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
8Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 brick 7cm wide & 11 cm deep laid with mud mortar i/c labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also stacking dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed byE/I Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
