13Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.es .(DSR NO 16.68).
14Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30(DSR-16.78.1)
15Supply of 25 mm dia.M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS-226) 500 mm long with base plate(50x50x6 mm)welded with anchor bolts,including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and galvanizing upto 15cm from top, also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5mm thick washer and cost of labour material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (NSI. 9.14)
16Fixing and grouting 25 mm and below dia M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and setout with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work. (labour rates only) . (NSI. 9.15)
17Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(DSR 10.2)

29Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.(DSR-15.60)

31Tenderers are required to quote their offer as “above / at par / below” in the estimated cost.
32The rates are to be filled up in figures and words both.
33Departmental rates are exclusive of GST.GST will be borne by department as per applicable rules. Labour Cess, Royalty and all other Taxes are liable to be paid by Firm/Contractor.
34In case of any discrepancy between the language of the items of bill of quantity and that of PWD the later shall prevail.
35Tenders are advised to visit the site of work and make themselves acquainted with the site conditions. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained after submission of tender.
36Quantities are approximate and may vary up to any extent on either side as per requirement of the site conditions in the direction of Engineer-In-charge or may not be executed at all for which no extra claim shall be entertained.
37All above works shall be executed as per U.P.P.W.D/ U.P.P.T.C.L. specification or as directed by Engineer-In-charge.
38The work may be carried in energized s/s area having high voltage installation contractor must employee trained supervisor & labour to work in such electrical/ hazardous area. All risk to men & materials shall be contractor's resposibilitiy
39All risk to men, labour & materials shall be contractor’s responsibility.
40All materials shall be arranged by the contractor’s at his own cost.
41No handling charges of T&P and labour will be paid for extended period of contract, if any.
42Rates quoted by Tenderer will remain firm till completion of scope of work of contract.
43Contractor shall register his labour engaged in construction work in the office of Dy. Labour Commissioner ¼Hkou ,oa vU; lfUuekZ.k deZdkj ¼fu;kstu rFkk lsok ‘krZ fofu;eu½ v/khfu;e 1996.
44Testing of material if any, required expenditure shall be borne by the contractor. Nothing shall be paid extra by the department.
45Contractor has to made available 12 No cube at site and will frequently fill the cube at site. Accordingly cube test report will be submitted by contractor at his own cost. Final bill of work will be paid to contractor only after he will submit all satisfactory test result from authorized lab.
46The contractor should have all related T&P like as concrete mixture, Needle & Surface vibratory, Slump test equipment & survey equipment etc.
47Contractor has to put up all relevant drawing to SE (Civil) Prayagraj for approval at his own cost; nothing shall be paid extra for it.
48As per G.O No. 622/23-12-2012-2. Audit/08 TC dt. 08 June 2012, Contractor has to deposit extra Security/ Performance guarantee, if the tendered rates are found below to the department rates.
49As per section 171 of CGST Act, 2017 Any reduction in rate of tax on any supply of goods or service or the benefit of input tax credit shall be passed on the recipient by way of commensurate reduction in prices. Hence supplier/manufacturer to ensure to pass the benefit of reduced prices to UPPTCL, Further price quoted by supplier/Manufacturer is subject to scrutiny under above section”
50Security of work will be released after six month from the date of completion of the work if no defect has been found after six month.
51Only in case of non availability of Departmental water supply, the contractor will make his own arrangements. However, in case of departmental water supply 1.5% deduction will be made from contractor's bill for water charges for the item which involve water consumption.
52The bill Processing / Payment will be done according to existing UPPTCL Rule of ERP Portal.
53If Tender has been cancelled after inviting due to any reason between tender call to final process, the tender cost will not refund to contractor, only EMD Will be refunded to Firm.
54The 60% amount of brick available from dismantaling shall be recovered @ Rs. 3744.00/thousand + GST to Firm/Contractor.
55The 30% amount of brick available from dismantaling shall be recovered as brick bats @ Rs. 1680.00/Cum + GST to Firm/Contractor.
56The amount of Steel available from dismantaling will be recovered @ Rs. 20.00/KG + GST to Firm/Contractor.
57Replaced CP Bib cock/piller cock/brass bib cock shall be recovered @ Rs. 25.00/each + GST to Firm/Contractor.
