2Deputing full-time experienced cook, Cleaner cum caretaker for Kitchen and Dining hall of erector hostel at 400 KV S/S Banda for providing Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner to Officers/Higher Authorities on staying in erector hostel. & Daily Cleaning of Erector Hostel of 400 KV S/S Banda Including 04 No. suits, Dining hall, lobby, porch, Kitchen, bathroom and Miscellaneous work including, dusting , cleaning of curtains , bed sheet, cleaning of glass tables with Colin on regular basis and Including all other associated works as required for proper maintenance of erector hostel (All labour cost and cooking gas cost shall be provided by the contractor as per requirement at his own cost) ,The scope of work also included disposal of refuse, sludge/waste etc outside substation premises area .
3Servicing and proper cleaning with the help of water jet of air conditioner system installed at Erector Hostel three times in year.
4Servicing and proper cleaning of water Geyser installed at Erector Hostel 01 times in year.
5Providing & fixing of 10 Nos. plastic Flower Pots 14 inch with good Quality sands & mixer of organic fertilizer with decorative in indoor plants.
6Planting of seasonal flower/decorative plants/lawn grass/regular flower .
7Supply and spreading Bio composite /menature/organic fertilizer necessary for plant
8providing good quality bed sheet with pillow cover with pillows of standard make
