2Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the All kinds of soil.(DAR 2.8.1)
3Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 coarse sand zoneIII:12 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level.(PWD SCH-273)
4Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 Coarse sand). (DAR 6.1.1)
5RCC work grade M-25 i/c all material, labour T&P etc. req. for proper completion of the work.
6Supplying, fitting and placingTMT bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications
712 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) (DAR 13.4.1)
8Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).(DAR 4.4.1)
9Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with mortar grader on prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavater at OMC,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieved the desired density complete as per clause.
10Providing and laying of interlocking concrete blocks 80 mm thick
11S/F Sign board etc all complete.
