1Supply & Delivery of 230V, 50Hz 1.5 ton capacity(minimum); Minimun ISEER rating: 3 or above,split type A.C. machine fitted with fixed speed split rotary compressors with copper made cooling coil, Material for body of indoor unit ABS, nominal cooling capacity: (KCAL/Hr.) : 7020, Min. guaranteed cooling capacity (KCAL/Hr.) :6500, Moisture removal capacity, Minimum room discharge Air Flow (CUM/Hr.) : 700, with Remote etc . to complete with 25 Amp suitable plug top (North West / appvd make as per direction of EIC) ( Make:Hitachi/Daikin/Carrier ) (price includes supply of standard complete set of installation kit (OEM make only) for 3 mtr. running distance and all type of interconnection) NS
2Installation, Testing & commissioning of 1.5/2.0 Tr. Split type AC both indoor/ outdoor unit incl. S& F of 40 X 40 X 5 mm MS angle iron frame for installation of ODU and sealing of the holes in wall created during the copper pipe connection between IDU & ODU by proper sand-- cement plastering and painting (both inside and outside) to match up with the original finish mending good the damages to complete the instn as per direction of EIC. NS
3S& F laying of - (i) gauge copper pipe 5/8\\" 0.7 mm thick for suction (ii) copper pipe 1/4\\" 0.6 mm thick for discharge (OEM make) with 9 mm thick thermal insulation foam both for suction & discharge pipe and mending good the holes & damages as directed by EIC. NS
4S& Laying 4 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated & unarmoured copper wire (make-- Finolex/Havells/KEI) for 1.5/2 Tr. Split AC machine (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.) NS
5Supply and Fixing of 25A plug top Make Anchor as per direction of EIC NS
6Uninstalling and taking down the existing split AC machines indoor and outdoor units from first floor office and carrying them from home to bishnupur sub division office as per direction of EIC NS
7S & F of flexible PVC high quality water carrying pipe of proper size for draining water from already installed AC to any available (nearest) drain water pipe or near to ground level and the pipe must be properly saddled with the wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, High quality sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, high quality sealing gum etc. as reqd.
