215 mm thick Cement Plaster with Cement mortar in proportion of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). DSR-13.5.1,
3Removing White or Colour wash by Scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smoothincluding necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. DSR-13.88,
4Providing and Applying white Cement based Putty of average thickness 1 mm. of approved brand and manufacture. Over the Plastered wall Surface to Prepare the Surface even and Smooth Complete. (DSR-13.80),
5Distempring with 1st quality acrlyic distemper (Redy mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50gram/litre, of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coats whterever required to achieve even shade and colour. old work (One or more Coats), DAr-13.81.1,
6Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two of more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. DSR.N0-13.62.1),
7Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.
