2Structual Steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up section, trusses, Builds up gates, framed work lncluding cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. DSR N0-10.2,
3Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm DSR. 15.23.1,
4Providing and laying Vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved Make, in all colours & shades, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand), Jointing with grey Cement Slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm including grouting the joint with white cement and matching Pigments etc. Complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm. (DSR-11.41.2)
5Providing and laying in Position Cement Concrete of Specified Grade excluding the cost of Centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement, 5 Coarse sand (Zone-lll) 10 graded Stone 40 mm nomical size Derived from natural Sources ) DSR N0-4.1.10,
6Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying:(a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm.(b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm.(c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.(d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately.For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured. 7Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid board one side white color and other side of board laminted with PVC foil of minimum 14 micron thickness of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive for cup boards, work stations and bathroom/ kitchen cabinet etc. of required sizes comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel piano hinges/soft close clip on concealed hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel piano hinges/soft close clip on concealed hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately) 18 mm thick, DSR No. 26.89.1,
812mm. Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand DSR No. 13.4.1
9Removing white or colour wash by scrapping andsand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete DSR N0 13.88,
10Providing and Applying white Cement based Putty of average thickness 1 mm. of approved brand and manufacture. Over the Plastered wall Surface to Prepare the Surface even and Smooth Complete. DSR N0-13.80
11Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr/10sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima, weather coat All guard). (DSR N0. 13.112.1),
12Painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufactorar of required colour to give an evan shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture DSR No. 13.62.1
1320mm. Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand DSR No. 13.3.1
14Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
