Name of Work:- Repairing, renovation and maintenance of 1250 KVA Transformer make: Volt at 20 MGD Booster Pumping Station, Okhla Water Works.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Disconnecting of HT supply from main panel after switching off 11 KV VCB discharging the supply. Complete drain out of transformer oil from transformer into empty oil drum by oil machine, dismantling of conservator tank and all protection relays, cable end boxes, vent pipes and other items as required.
2Cleaning of transformer oil tank and removing of sludge settled in the bottom with the help of vacuum pressure cleaning machine thoroughly, cleaning of core and winding of transformer with hot oil and proper safety precaution to prevent the winding damage as required, cutting of old overheated insulation of winding and re-insulation of weak point with the help of HT insulation material and proper taping etc.
3Replacement of top cover gasket, vertical vent gasket & missing hardware to stop the oil leakage.
4Replacement of HV bushing with the help of skilled and trained labor with all tools and tackles etc as per site requirement.
5Replacement of silica gel.
6Replacement of Magnetic Oil Gauge. Make – Sukrut/ Viat / Atvus
7Replacement of Explosion Vent Diaphragm.
8Checking & matching of control wiring of all protection relays and calibration of buccholz relay and protection relays testing the same.
9Complete assembling of transformer cleaning of complete transformer tightening of all connection of incoming and outgoing side and testing & checking of IR test with megger of winding & cable of both sides HI pot machine. Replacementof oil seals missing hardware to stop the oil leakage.
10Replacement of transformer oil to up to top up level as required. Make - Transpower
11Repair of cooling fins for stopping the leakage.
12Dehydration & filtration of complete transformer oil and checking the dieelectric strengthup to50 KVat site.
13Complete cleaning and chemically washing of oily and muddy transformer body and painting of transformer with enamel paint.
