| 10 | M & L for P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles including necessary form of work for fair finished and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |

| 14 | S& F polycarbonate thermoplastic outdoor junction box for steet lights with flap cover operate with IEC 61439-3 which should be shock proof, protection class-II, earthed , IP 65 weather proof , corrision free , acid and chemical resistant , impact resistant, , ultra voilet resustant made of halogen & silicone free recyclable mtrl, internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry through integrated flanges top and bottom,The gasket should be internally embedded made of polycarbonate incl with fixing arrangement ( clamps, nuts and Bolts etc.) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | M & L for wiring complete with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable with 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 25 mm or higher dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories on pole etc all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | M& L for earthing complete with & including galvanized MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, with lop edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire soldered and riveted or connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts , check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part- I (2009) and connected to panel board, all as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth wire 4 mmm dia duly protected with and including 15 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe upto 7.5 (maximum) meter from electrode to earth point including provn of the earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate and GI light grade watering pipe of 20mm dia bore with funnel with wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth chamber, 50 mm thick RCC cover using cementconcrete 1:2:4 type B-0 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work and MS frame using MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm complete all as specified & directed. NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. |
