The circuit breakers shall have 2 positions: open or disconnected and closed 1 No. B. Self powered relay with O/C , E/F protection. Relay should have LCD display, fault records with time stamp – 1No. C. Live cable indicator with indications (Voltage Presence Indicator) - 1 set D. Cable box with termination bushing suitable for upto 2 RUN 3Cx300 Sq mm, XLPE cable -1 set E. Emergency trip push button F. PT Module along with Multifunction Metering – 1 setOutgoing Vaccum Circuit Breaker – 2 set each consisting of :A.11 KV, 630A, 21KA for 3sec Manual VCB with spring assisted mechanism and series trip coil; with built in manual line side three position disconnector cum earth switch. Emergency trip push button | | 123 | Design manufacturing & Supply of 1250A Outdoor LT Panel. The Panel shall be fabricated out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet steel, painted with Powder coated paint of shade as per the direction of Engineer In-Charge after proper sheet treatment process of sheet steel. The Panel shall be suitable for Outdoor Installaion with Degree of protection IP:55. The Busbar of Feeder Pillar shall be of High grade Electrical grade High Conductive Aluminum alloy of appropriate cross section as per rating. The calculation of continuous rating of Bus Bar shall be submitted. The Bus Bar shall be supported by non hygroscopic SMC/DMC Bus Bar supports which shall be mounted on proper interval to ensure bear the jerks of short Circuit as fault level require. The Fault level of Panel shall be 35kA for 1sec. All Indicating Lights shall be LED type and all wiring shall be done from PVC Insulated copper flexible wire. The Panel shall be completed in all respect and shall consist of following material. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with theearth conductor by clamps etc. 400 sq. mm 3-1/2 core | | 125 | Supply and laying of 3 core standered aluminium conductor XLPE (Cross linked polyethylene) insulated PVC bedded, Galvanised flat steel strip armoured cables confirming to I.S. 7098 (Part-II with latest amendments) II KV grade at a depth of 900 mm below ground level over a cushion of 100 mm thick fine river sand all around and protected with well burnt bricks on sides and on top put across.
