2Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of 11 KV 800 A, short-circuit capacity of 26.3 KA for 1 sec, 3-panel HT Gear with VCBs. The Vacuum Circuit Breaker should comply as per IS:13118& IEC:62271-100 for Circuit Breaker & IS:3427 & IEC:62271-200/IEC 694, IEC-61850 for Indoor panel. The HT panel is rated at 11 KV, 3-Phase 800A, Breaking Current/short-circuit capacity of 26.3kA for 1 sec, 50c/s and shall be of floor-mounting, sheet steel clad, free-standing metal enclosed air insulated switchgear cubicle with VCB inside. The Vacuum Circuit Breaker is horizontal isolation & horizontal draw out/Vertical isolation & horizontal draw out with 3 compartments and is made of 2mm CRCA sheet for load bearing members with vermin & moisture proof along with automatic shutter arrangement for complete isolation of bars, cable sockets & other live parts etc. when the removable portion is withdrawn. The breaker is arranged for hand operation through front of the panel push buttons & spring charging mechanism and also electrical motor which will be energized by 230V AC. Closing and tripping coils are rated for 110V DC to be made available from the station 400 V 3 phase 50 C/s A.C. source with remote operation compatibility. All trip coils shall be of shunt trip type energized from a suitable rectifier condenser source supply is required. There is a remote operation through multi core arrangement for closing & tripping. 7BUSBAR
8The spacious bus bar compartment is provided on the top of the cubicle. The main bus bar can carry current up to 1000A and are made of electrolytic grade copper & shall be vertically placed one after another. The bus bars should be air insulated but must be HT PVC sleeved & color coded for R-Y-B. No live parts should be accessible. All joints should be covered with monoplast compound and color coded for easy identification. The feeder connection to the bus bars is preferred to be encapsulated.
9FRONT DOOR
10The front door of the breaker should not be set as front. High-Voltage door during switching operations, the high-voltage door should remain closed and mechanical interlock should prevent opening of door when the switching device is in service and is switched ON. The position of the withdraw-able section, the CLOSED/OPEN switch position of the switching device, the operating cycle counter and the “spring charged” indication should be visible through pressure-resistant inspection windows in the high-voltage door. The panel front door can be closed with the breaker in isolated position. The degree of protection in the panel is IP-43 as per Indian Standard IS 3427.
11BREAKER
12The vacuum circuit breaker is mounted on a truck and is of horizontal isolation and horizontal drawout/Vertical isolation & horizontal drawout type having a robust motorized mechanism. The spring charge cycle duty of mechanism is O-C-O. The vacuum circuit breaker is single break design and has one vacuum interrupter per phase. The vacuum interrupter should not be of pinch tube type design, it should be sealed by brazing in a vacuum oven & all the vacuum interrupters must be segregated in a cast resin housing. The minimum operational life of the vacuum interrupter is 30,000 mechanical, 10,000 electrical at rated current & 100 at rated short circuit. The breaker is having auxiliary switch 6NO+6NC.
13EARTHING
14A continous copper earth bus runs across the entire length of the switchboard. All doors partitions, covers and non current carrying metallic parts are earthed to achieve earth potential for the entire enclosure. Terminals are provided at each end of the earth bus to connect the grid earthing. If integral earthing facility is not available separate earthing truck shall be provided for earthing.
15INTERLOCK
16The circuit breaker can be operated only in service/test position and not in any intermediate position, beside fully isolated condition. The circuit breaker cannot be inserted into service position in closed condition and cannot be removed from service unless it is in open condition. The circuit breaker cannot be moved from test position to service position unless auxiliary plug is engaged and auxiliary plug cannot be disengaged if the breaker is in service position. If earth switch is provided it shall be mechanically interlocked with the breaker so that both the devices can not be 'ON' simultaneously.
17METERING
18For Incoming - Digital Ammeter, Digital Voltmeter. For Outgoing - Digital Ammeter. Multifunctional Meter Type: Flush mounted, sealed dustproof construction (Front- IP5X, Rear -IP4X), multifunctional Display : Alphanumeric LCD Display having capability to Giga Display Parameters : Voltage, Current , PF/Frequency and all energy & power parameters with autoscrolling. 19Power pack with 220 Volt AC input & 110 Volt DC continuous output suitable for closing/tripping indication of HT panel Boards with 2 Nos. 12 volt 100 AH maintenance free batteries, Charging unit for trip system complete with suitable capacity digital ammeter & voltmeter i/c connections with 2.5 sqm FRLS insulated copper conductor cable etc as required.
20The panel shall be complete with power pack unit, test terminal blocks, fuses, mcbs, circuit labels, illuminating lamps in each panel, indicating lamps etc., wiring for interconnection with suitable size copper cable, suitable cable end box with cable entry from bottom for incoming and outgoing cables, HV Danger Notice board, Earth bus bars, foundation bolts and nuts etc. as required and as per direction of EIC (Make :All the accessories will be as per manufacturer's strandard).

22SUB HEAD 2---11KV / 0.415 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz Cast Resin Dry Type Indoor mounting:Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following capacity (continuous loading) Delta/Star,step down, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Dyn 11 vector group, Cast Resin Dry Type, copper wound transformer Electrolytic grade 99.9% pure copper, the core shall be built up with high grade, non-aging, low loss, high permeability Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) Core grade MOH or better AN (air natural) cooled transformer suitable for indoor applications with Offload Tap Changer and manual operation on HV side in range of +5% to -5% in steps of 2.5%, insulation class F (minimum), suitable for environment conditions class E4, suitable for fire behaviour class F1,climate class-C1, having HV Cable End Box with terminals for connecting cable of suitable rating and LV Cable End Box with extended copper bar has to be provided for connecting multiple cable of suitable rating and complete with all accessories and safety provisions as per relevant IS Code, The transformer shall be provided with standard fittings/accessories as per relevant IS and mentioned below, protection alarm/trip protection.
23Winding Temperature scanner (Digital) with alarm/Trip contacts with RTD Sensors per LV winding and space for mounting differential protection CT's in LV chamber with neutral brought out separately including supplying and laying of copper conductor multicore control cable from transformer to HT breaker/HT Panel for safety tripping, complete as confirming to IS-2026 Part-11,incl. supplying and grouting of suitable M.S. Channel with all accessories ,complete in all respects as required at site. Design ambient condition : a) 90° C over ambient air temperature of 50ºC, Core & Coils b) Relative Humidity 90 % Max, c) Seismic Zone as per location of site, d) Altitude as per location/site. The transformer should have QR code which should contain drawing, test report OEM manual,Geo- Tag of manufacturing location, rating plate as per relevant IS Code etc. All testing shall as per relevant IS Code. Noise level of the transformer between 55 dB to 62 dB.
24Fitting and Accessories : The following fittings shall be provided:- a) Two earthing terminals with the earthing symbol b) Rating and terminal marking plates; c) Lifting lugs for the complete transformer as well as for core and winding assembly; d) Bi-directional flat rollers; e) Jacking pads f) Name Rating & Diagram Plate. g) Monogram Plate. h) Additional neutral separately brought out on bushing for earthing.
25Testing: All routine tests as per IS: 2026 to be conducted, Type tests such as: Impulse test, Temperature rise test to be conducted if asked for. Manufacturer shall have in-house testing facilities.

28SUB HEAD 3---SITC of LT Panel:SITC of floor mounted Indoor type extensible cubical LT Panel, Design by OEM and fabricated / manufactured by Authorised System House / Franchisee / Licensed partner confirming to IEC-61439 part 1 & 2, Fully Design verified Assembly having compartmentalized design form 3b, of IP-42 indoor type and shall be IP-2X in door open condition, fabricated out of 14 SWG nominal thickness CRCA sheet steel for framework and covers and shall be tested for IK10 for mechanical strength, and 3.0 mm nominal thickness for gland plates, including cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process, with short time withstand capacity (Icw) of 50 kA for 1 sec for vertical and horizontal busbar, front and back openable, hinged, single shuttered, single door, with locking arrangement, good quality dust, damp and vermin proof rubber gaskets, solid connections from main busbars to switchgears with required size of Copper busbars, connections and interconnections and control wiring using 2.5 sq.mm. of RYB colour coded FRLS PVC insulated Copper conductor single core cables and copper cable lugs. 37INTERCONNECTION
38All interconnection between incoming main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size electrolytic tinned copper bars or equivalent flexible pvc insulated multistranded single core Cu cable and the same between busbar to all outgoing mains i.e., 630A TPN SFU, 400/415A TPN SFU, 200A TPN SFU & 63A TPN SFU are to be made by 4 x 65mm x 10mm Cu bars, 4 x 40mm x 10mm Cu bars, 4 x 50mm x 5mm Cu bars, 4 x 25mm x 5mm Cu bars and 16 sq. mm. flexible PVC insulated FRLS Cu cable respectively and also for metering arrangement are to be made by suitable size of Copper wire with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads.
39EARTHING
40A separate continuous G.I. earth busbar of appropriate size is to be fixed at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full perimeter of the panel board. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed.
41The complete panel board is to be spray painted after required surface treatment by 7 tanks process / sand blasting with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating.
42All incoming/outgoing switches is to be properly lebeled on Acrylic sheet as per direction of EIC.
