(once in a month), inside and outside of security compound wall. Providing any Required PPE's shall be provided to the workers as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 3 | Fogging treatment to the Port area Staff colony, CISF colony, Barrack area, RCHW colony, Guest House, River bank area, Beach area, Residential & Nonresidential buildings and Prohibited areas of Electrical Installations & water supply systems etc, with approved pesticide like King Fog +Light weight diesel in the ratio 1:20, or as recommended by the engineer in charge (approved by W.H.O)drawing up programmes in advance informing to department, maintaining register of fogging with signature of the occupants, taking necessary safety precautions including cost and conveyance of pesticides and all other materials, labours with PPE,T & P and all other incidental charges etc., complete. for the efficient control of mosquitos. (In case of vector borne out break Fogging time will be tentatively from 5.00 PM to 7.30PM or as directed by the Engineer incharge ) Required PPE's required any shall be provided to the workers as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 4 | Spraying once in a month for all low lying areas & germ foilage for the control of midgets etc.in open drains in the NMPA estate area including all residential and nonresidential bldgs. & prohibited areas of water supply & electrical installations as per the plan, taking necessary safety precautions by using approved Larvicide, \\"Bacillus thuringiensis B-ti\\" is to be diluted 100ml with 10 litres of water OR equalent as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost and conveyance of all materials, pesticides, laboures with PPE, T&P and all other incidental charges etc.,complete for the efficient control of mosquitos. '(Once in a month) Required PPE's required any shall be provided to the workers as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 5 | Providing treatment for termite & white ants in the port area including all residential bldgs. & nonresidential buildings, with approved pesticide of termite like \\" Termisafe TC\\" of mix one part with 19 parts of water to prepare 1% Termisafe TC solution, by drilling half inch dia holes at 30cm center to center at the junction of wall and floor and injecting chemicals the junction of wall and floor and injecting chemicals through these holes till refusal. For doors and window frames will be treated by drilling 6mm holes at junction of frame & masonry and injecting the chemicals through these holes. For floors wherever cracks exists if not by drilling 6mm holes. All the holes will be sealed properly by cement after the treatment. The process should be confirming IS 6313 part III. taking necessary safety precautions Including cost & conveyance of pesticides and all other materials, laboures with PPE, T& P and all other incidental charges etc., complete for the efficient control of termites. Required PPE's required any shall be provided to the workers as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 6 | Rodent control treatment to the record room, store office & store godown of the NMPA central stores, with approved quality of chemicals like Bromadiolone 0.005% in the form of cake e for carrying out Rodent control services effectively or equivalent brand as approved by WHO taking necessary safety precautions Including cost & conveyance of pesticides/poisions and all other materials, laboures with PPE, T& P and all other incidental charges etc., complete for the efficient control of rodents. Required PPE's required any shall be provided to the workers as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 7 | Disinfection treatment to the Port area, RCHW colony, Staff colony, CISF colony, Barrack area, Guest House, Residential & Nonresidential buildings and Prohibited areas of Electrical Installations & water supply systems etc, spraying to Non polluted water stagnation areas, water logged areas and outside of each building with approved insecticide / pesticide using Temephos 50% EC 2.5ml in 10 litres or as recommended by engineer in charge (Approved by W.H.O) drawing up programmes in advance informing to department, maintaining register of spraying with signature of the occupants, taking necessary safety precautions including cost and conveyance of pesticides and all other materials, qualified labour, T & P and all other incidental charges etc., complete. for the efficient control of mosquitos. (once in week) Required PPE's required any shall be provided to the workers as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 8 | Deploying one technical supervisor (TS) with a Degree/Diploma/BSc/MSc/ Environmental Engineering /Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical, Engineering/ qualified person as per the requirement for Supervising, Maintaining records of operation and Reporting, Etc with respect to the subject work.
