Supply & Constr of 02 x Living Shelter (ORL) (20 Men) of Size 12.0m x 6.10m with 1.50m wide front and rear verandah, three doors, seven UPVC sliding windows (4’x4’), false ceiling made of 40mm PIR panels, wall cladding made of 50mm PIR panels, roof cladding made of 0.5mm PPGI colour coated sheets and three steel trusses made of portal frame structure. Main column with web-300˜200 x 5mm thick and flanges of 125 x 8mm thick, main rafter with web-250˜150 x 5mm thick and flanges of 100 x 8 mm thick, 110 x 8 mm thick and cantilever verandah rafter of same dimension. The three main portal frames are provided at a distance 6.0 mtr centre to centre and interconnected by ’Z’/’C’ purlins at spacing all as given in the drawing No LVG-01, seven sheets attached. Tech specifications is as per Appx A.

5.1 Provn of Individual standalone plastic body smoke alarm with adequate provision for fixing on wall/ceiling/roof. The unit to have sensor capable of covering area >40 Sqm and actuating an inbuilt alarm with loudness minimum 80 DB. Smoke alarm be powered by 9 volt lithium batteries with an arrangement to test the battery and indicator to warn for low battery, including supply two Nos of battery. (Make : Fire End/AFO/Safe Guard)

Powder Based Fire Extinguisher (ABC Type) : Dry Powder Type Fire Extinguisher of 6 kgs capacity, conforming to IS 15683 and certified with ISI/BIS/CE standards complete with wall mounting brackets/ holder and fixing screws. The extinguisher shall be stored pressure type, helium leak tested and hydraulically tested as per relevant IS standards. The unit shall be supplied with pressure gauge, EPDM discharge hose, safety pin, operating instructions and well mounting arrangement.
