The job includes complete washing of engine with chemical of approved brand by OEM and then Replacement of engine oil (20 ltrs) with engine oil of approved brand and replacement of M-oil, Diesel and air filters. |
| 6 | Fuel & Cooling Systems: (Total Engine Servicing to be done.)Cleaning and calibration of the Fuel Injection Pump (FIP) and injectors including Descaling of the radiator and replacement of coolant hoses/thermostats & replacing all the allied filters, coolant etc. |

| 8 | Part B: SITC of Auto Synchronizing Panel (ASP) |
| 9 | SITC of new ASP to facilitate \\"Parallel Operation\\" between the revived DG unit of 250 KVA Capacity (Sudhir/Cummins Make) and the existing 250 KVA set Mahindra Make. The details of work includeSupply and installation of one ASP rated for 900 A. Programming and logic integration to synchronize the250 KVA DG (Sudhir/Cummins Make) set with the existing 250 KVA DG set of Mahindra Make.Programming for Auto-Starting, Auto-Synchronization, Load Sharing (KW/KVAR), and Load Dependent Start/Stop.Checking the working of the auto load.Modification of the existing connections to accommodate the second DG input.Proper termination box to be installed for termination of cable at one point.Cable Lugs & Glands: Heavy-duty tinned copper lugs and double-compression brass glands sized for the chosen cables.Control & Power cable for successful completion of the job. |
| 10 | Part C: Installation of DG Sets by constructing DG Set Base & DG Set Shed. |
| 11 | Concrete Base Construction: Casting of a reinforced cement concrete (RCC) foundation designed to withstand the static and dynamic loads (vibration) of the 250 KVA unit matching the height (9 inch) of already existing platform and base so as to accommodate both the DG sets comfortably.(20’ x 7’ Area) |
| 12 | Structural Protection (Shed): -•Dismantling of Existing steel shed (20’ x 10’).•Fabrication: Construction of a heavy-duty overhead framed steel structure (20’ x 15’) so that both DG sets are covered under one roof.•Roofing: Installation of industrial-grade GI Sheet /Pre- painted profile sheets to protect the unit from rain, debris, and direct sunlight. |
| 13 | Part D: Testing and commissioning |
| 14 | Testing and commissioning:After completing all the mandatory works, the commissioning and testing of the DG set and ASP to be performed on load and various electrical parameters to be checked in presence of Engineer in charge. |
