| 1 | M&L for servicing / greasing of bearings and cleaning to squirrel cage induction type motor of capacity upto 5/7.5 HP, 3 phase 415V, cleaning, varnishing, heating and drying re-erecting, aligning with the pump, testing, including replacement of gland packings, painting the motor with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surfaces and split cauge centrifugal pump set including disconnect/reconnect the suction and delivery line of any size with replcement of suction/deliverry rubber gaskets by dismantling of motor from the pump set removing the stator/rotor separately, cleaning, and graseing pump and motor the bearings (long life grease) including replacement of bearing, minor parts such as nuts & bolts, washers, stud, O ring, coupling, locking key, air vent valve etc re erecting along with pump with proper allingnment in common base frame with sprit level, and laminated packing sheets in any situation, testing, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. | | 2 | All as per item No 01 here - in - before but Electric motor/pump set of 10/12.5/14 HP Capacity. | | 3 | All as per item No 01 here - in - before but Electric motor/pump set of 30 HP Capacity. | | 4 | All as per item No 01 here - in - before but Electric motor/pump set of 50 HP Capacity. | | 5 | M&L for repairing/overhauling of split cage centrifugal pump set of capacity upto 5/7.5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, coupled with motor by replacing of unserviceable parts like bearings, sleeves bushes, housing, shaft with gunmetal impeller including transporting to workshop & back and lath work for filling and grinding of shaft etc assembling the pump with new packing materials, nuts and bolts, washers, greasing and checking the alignment disconnect/connecting up with delivery, suction pipes testing of pump set after complete the work all as directed and specified by Engr - in - charge.
