| 9 | Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (asian or berger brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. |
| 10 | M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. |
| 11 | Painting roofs or othe iron work in large areas with one coat priming and two coat of approved (above or equivlent) including supply of all materials, labour Tools & plants etc. required for proper completionof the work. |
| 12 | Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks (60mm thick M- 35 grade) in footpath, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required clour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bad of Fine sand, compacting and prober embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
