Sl. No. Item Description
1Dismantling of following type of road surfaces for laying of pipe line andhouse connection work including sorting out of serviceable materialsand disposal of unserviceable materials.
2Dismantling of Interlocking road
3Excavation for pipe line in ordinary soil (loam, clay, sand) with lift up to1.5 m and lead up to 50 m and including filling back, watering andramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposalof surplus earth within 50 meters.
4Supply of High Density Polyethelene Pipes (HDPE (PN-6)/PE-100),conforming to IS 4984 / 14151 / 12786 / 13488 in coils/ standard lengthsF.O.R. desination rates per meter (exclusive of GST) in Rs. every where inUP upto stores of consignees inclusive of third party inspection charges,packing and forwarding charges, transit insurance charges, roadtransportation chaloading & stacking the same etc. complete.

7Interconnection between following dia of pipe including cutting of old pipe line, dewatering, making proper space to work, including supply of all labour, material & T/P etc. complete required for proper completion of work
8Disposal of surplus earth and other similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, etc complete required for proper competion of the work.
9C.C. Interlocking Tiles Road Type A Construction of C.C. Interlocking Tile road including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per following thickness:- PCC = 100 mm,1:4:8 (cement, coarse sand & stone ballast of 20-40 mm) Sand = 30mm to 50mm thick local sand lair for preparation of surface Tiles = 50% new + 50% old Note : 100 mm thick rubber moulded interlocking tile shall be used for construction of interlocking tile road.
10Cement Concrete Road Construction of Cement Concrete road including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per following thickness:- PCC = 100 mm,1:3:6 (cement, coarse sand & stone ballast of 20-40 mm) CC =100 mm, 1:1.5 :3 (cement, coarse sand & stone ballast of 16-20 mm)
