3Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared primed surface bitumen surface cleaned with mechanical broom S.I.503 for B.C
4Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm thic ith higher. capacity batch type hot mix plant using rushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4. per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hol mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grede, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achleve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respect
5Providing and laying of hol appiled thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes.
6Solar Power road marker (Bolar Studs)The solar studs shall be madeof Alumintum alloy and poly carbonate material whice shall be absolutely weather resistant and strong enough to support a load of 13635 kg tested In accordance with ASTM D4280. Its colour may be white, red,yellow, green or blue or combination as directed by the Engineer. Its water resistance shall meet the requirments of IP 65 in accordance with IS:12063:1987 category 2 for protection aganist waler ingress. The Dimensions of solar studs shall not be less than 100mm X 100mm X 10mm. it shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibility from a Distance of more than 800m. Its Flashing rate shall nol be less than 1 Hz. Its should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperature range of - 40°C to +55°C. Its life shall be not less than 3 years The rate shall Include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and Incidentals all Complete as per direction of the Enfigineer-in-Charge.
